Do you enjoy leading and driving projects to completion? We’re looking for proactive regulatory writers who do more than write. You take the helm, manage timelines, and confidently guide cross-functional teams toward success.

Ideal experience includes:

• A minimum of 3 years of regulatory medical writing experience (pharma, biotech, and/or medical device)
• Project management experience
• Comfort leading cross functional client meetings
• Ability to jump in and hit the ground running on day one

For 15 years, the WI Internship Program has provided meaningful experiences and delivered lasting impact. We’ve successfully developed talented scientists into valued medical writing colleagues. As the industry evolves and roles for medical writers change, adaptability is essential. We are using 2026 as a benchmark year to pause, reflect, and reassess our internship program. Accordingly, we will not be accepting applications for the internship in January as we focus on strengthening its impact for years ahead.
