Client Relationship Manager

Brittany Young joined Whitsell Innovations (WI) in 2024 as a Client Relationship Manager.  She is responsible for support and oversight within active accounts: growing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and retention, increasing brand awareness and capabilities, and managing/tracking accounts.

Prior to joining WI, Mrs. Young spent over a decade in education, holding both teaching and leadership roles with a focus on instructional design, curriculum development, and staff training. She specialized in project-based learning, professional development, and educational technology, managing online learning systems, leading remote instruction, and supporting digital platform integration. Known for her strong communication and organizational skills, she also led data-driven presentations to school boards and collaborated on district-wide initiatives.

Mrs. Young holds a Master of Science in Curriculum and Instruction with a focus on Leadership from Western Governors University.
