Business Development Associate

Carol Good joined Whitsell Innovations (WI) in 2025. She is responsible for engaging with prospective clients and providing support throughout all stages of the business development process.

Prior to joining WI, Ms. Good spent a decade in the nonprofit sector, where she cultivated expertise in donor engagement, executive operations support, and shaping confident, capable leaders. Her background also includes extensive international experience, with multiple periods of overseas work and language study across East Asia, the Middle East, North Africa, and Central Asia. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Marshall University.
