Client Relationship Manager

Kristin Richter joined Whitsell Innovations (WI) as a Client Relationship Manager in 2025.  She is responsible for supporting and overseeing active accounts, growing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and retention, increasing brand awareness and capabilities, and managing and tracking accounts.  She brings over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry and a passion for building strong client relationships. Kristin is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction, and supporting the growth and retention of WI’s valued accounts.

Before joining WI, Kristin spent much of her career as a Registered Pharmacist with CVS Pharmacy, where she was dedicated to delivering outstanding service to both healthcare providers and patients. She later served as an External Clinical Initiatives Manager for a Pharmacy Benefit Manager, strengthening physician relationships and developing key educational resources. Earlier, Kristin excelled as an Immunology Account Specialist and Hospital Specialty Representative at Johnson & Johnson, where she promoted biologic pharmaceuticals and played a pivotal role in a top-performing sales district.

Kristin earned her Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from Albany College of Pharmacy. She is a Certified Medication Therapy Management and Certified Immunizing Pharmacist. Kristin is passionate about building relationships and providing patients the most optimal outcomes.
