Director of Technology Services

Chuck Baker joined Whitsell Innovations (WI) in 2023 as Directory of Technology.  In addition to leading a team responsible for internal application development, he is responsible for IT infrastructure and company support.

He is a Software Development Technical Leader with over 30 years in the industry, most recently at Cisco Systems. Throughout his career in various roles and companies, he’s been instrumental in cultivating software talent and fostering team growth. He’s also dedicated to optimizing team workflows and development processes to maximize efficiency and productivity. He possesses deep technical knowledge spanning front-end, back-end, and device-level development across numerous programming languages. He continues to drive the establishment and leadership of new development groups that consistently deliver innovative solutions, guiding projects expertly through every phase of the Software Development Life Cycle.

Earned Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Virginia Tech.
