Manager of Operations

Stephanie Durbin joined Whitsell Innovations (WI) in 2023 and was with our Business Development and Accounts teams before joining the Operations team. As the Manager of Operations she is responsible for leading the Operations team and has direct oversight in the areas of capacity management and quality management.

Prior to joining WI Mrs. Durbin worked as an Operations Manager and Chief of Staff.  She also ran her own boutique Operations and Team Development firm for many years. She has a bachelor’s degree from California State University, San Bernardino. Mrs. Durbin is passionate about people and providing them with the tools to be successful.
