Robin Whitsell, President and Founder of Whitsell Innovations (WI), Inc. will be presenting at the 2017 Global Site Solutions Summit, being held October 5-8, 2017, at the Waldorf Astoria Resort, in Boca Raton, Florida.

Ms. Whitsell will be presenting “Creative Staffing Models: Dealing with the Ebb and Flow of Work.” This session will cover advice for resourcing models to help attendees stay positioned ahead of their workloads.

“Appropriate resourcing is an important aspect of the clinical trial process,” says Ms. Whitsell. “I was honored to be invited to speak about this challenge and potential solutions and efficiencies.”
