Whitsell Innovations, Inc. (WI) is pleased to announce a recent update to its publishing services

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:

Chapel Hill, NC – May 2021 – Whitsell Innovations, Inc. (WI), a full service medical and scientific writing and publishing company, is pleased to announce a recent update to its publishing services with the upgrade to LORENZ docuBridge version 20.2. This upgrade includes the transition in infrastructure to Amazon Web Services (AWS) resulting in improved security, mobility, speed, and overall value for WI clients.

“DocuBridge 20.2 added several new features that have further streamlined the eCTD publishing process for WI’s publishers and has improved the usability for our clients who access the system as an eCTD viewing tool,” WI Quality Reviewer and Publishing Specialist, Matt Houck, says. “The performance improvements in this update have improved our workflow by substantially reducing downtime.”

During this transition, documents for active clients were safely and securely migrated to the AWS servers and qualification checks were completed to ensure accuracy of data. “We are excited about this change and eager to talk to current and former clients about the advantages of the upgrade and how we can support them in the future,” says Jane White, WI Quality and Publishing Manager.

The upgrade and transition represent a milestone for WI in its electronic regulatory submission  offerings.
