Senior Client Relationship Manager

Dana Noecker-Rogers joined Whitsell Innovations (WI) in 2021 as an Accounts Associate and now serves as Senior Client Relationship Manager. In her current role, she provides strategic oversight and support across active accounts, focusing on strengthening client partnerships, ensuring satisfaction and retention, expanding awareness of WI’s capabilities, and overseeing account performance and growth initiatives.

Prior to joining WI, Dana served as a Regional Franchise Business Consultant and previously held leadership roles as a Corporate Regional Training Manager. These experiences sharpened her expertise in operational excellence, stakeholder engagement, and team development.

Dana earned her bachelor’s degree from New England College. She brings a longstanding passion for customer service and is dedicated to building trusted, lasting client relationships grounded in responsiveness, transparency, and results.
